Tahoe Production House just produced two spots for Liberty Utilities. They came to us asking to create both an English and Spanish commercial spot helping to explain how to read your utility bill and understand what the charges mean. We decided to go with a fun animation spot and use screen shots of bills to show how to reach the information.
