​Welcome to Tahoe’s Premier Yoga Studio.
We are Tahoe’s only resource for Rajahatha Yoga in the Tahoe Basin. We are committed to you; our practitioners and our community. Lake Tahoe is a world-wide destination for outdoor adventure. Lake Tahoe Yoga is the best place to prepare for and recover from your Tahoe Adventure.

We are located on Lake Tahoe’s South Shore, minutes from the casinos, only one hour from Reno. We have been Voted Tahoe’s Best and Tahoe Chamber Blue Ribbon Experience Winner.  Our focus is upon    honoring the lineage of Rajahatha Yoga.     We offer a variety of scheduled yoga classes including Vinyasa, Restorative, Alignment, Athletic and more. Drop-in anytime and meet some of our resident practitioners as well as visitors from around the world. There is no registration required, you may book online at your convenience. We are a home-grown studio dedicated to our community. We invite you to visit our studio year-round and, during the summer months, bring a towel for regularly scheduled Beach Yoga and Stand Up Paddle Yoga classes.

Not ready to join a class? Wish you could have the studio or instructor to yourself?
Book a private session for yourself or your group and enjoy a practice that caters to your requests. We offer sessions in the studio or at the location of your choosing. Bring your bachelorette party, family or corporate group together through the practice of yoga! We are proud to have offered private sessions for the UNR Football Team, Google, CAJPA. Adidas and Nike NCAA Basketball as well as residents around the basin.

Interested in working 1:1? Have specific needs?
Schedule a therapeutic healing yoga session with our director, Jenay, M.S. Counseling, E-RYT500. Her training includes knowledge of treatment for grief, addiction, eating disorders, physical limitations including knee replacement, back issues, shoulder surgery and more. She has over 15 years of experience working with children including those diagnosed with spectrum disorders and cognitive disabilities.

Expectant mothers can stay well throughout their pregnancy by joining in any class.
We offer opportunities for children to practice and play while the adults restore and refresh without worry. We combine Happy Hour Yoga (for adults) with Yoga Storytime, a class for children. Drop off the kids for their class and enjoy your own. We join together afterward for satsang (conversation).
