The Carson Nugget is a historic casino located in the heart of downtown Carson City, Nevada. Established in 1954, the casino is known for its vibrant atmosphere, great gaming options, and excellent dining experiences.
Recently, the casino has been in the spotlight for its new YouTube series, “Casino Boss”. Created by Carson Nugget Casino CEO, Dean DiLullo, the show follows the ups and downs of a fictional casino boss named Benny Bigshot, played by Bob Zany. The cast and crew are filled with talented and hilarious individuals, including local comedians Roger Diez, Cameron Crane, and Sophie Moeller, alongside Linda Chorney and Kabir Singh.
Tahoe Production House had the honor of producing the entire YouTube series, including a short 30-second promo spot for the show to run on Charter Spectrum, as well as a short intro to Episode One, totaling 8 minutes before the first episode starts. The production crew shot on location inside the casino on the casino floor, as well as inside the beautiful Angelina’s Restaurant and the “Casino Boss” Office Set. The talented Ryan Croke of Full Circle Productions was the Director of Photography, and the Tahoe Production House team, including Tim Whaley on Lighting and Grip, and Mikayla Hefner on Audio, worked tirelessly to bring the vision to life. Brandi Brown Produced and Directed both pieces, and post-production was handled by the talented Alex Fails.
