Tahoe Production House was contacted by Rick Harris of Chungs Gourmet Foods to help bring their old and outdated website into the 2020’s. The current site was not very navigable, and didn’t include updated photos of their packaging, food, or ingredients. The major issue was that it was not mobile friendly and not search engine optimized. For such a affluent company, they needed a change.
When Covid hit, their business started to improve, because so many more people were eating at home. Which in turn, meant a lot more clicks on their website. We took a look at their overall needs, and outlined a plan to bring their site to where it needed to be.
Below is the preliminary mocks we created making a plan for the new layout of the website, what pages we would need, assets that needed to be created, like photos and video, and functionality.
Once we had approval on the plan – we got to work developing the website and gathering our assets. The photoshoot really allowed us to deliver a website that not only functioned well, but looked good to. We incorporated a product gallery / index, coupons, FAQ page, and using Destini, designed a Find a Store page as well. Here are some screengrabs of the finished site!
