By May 27, 2022June 9th, 2022Blog, Design, Graphic Design

Tahoe Production House just finished  designing a Sustainable Living with Candace eBook for our client Candace. We love working with someone that is striving to deliver great information and content to her followers and students. The most fun part has been learning the Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing platform to get these books online and out to a wider audience.

Whenever I start feeling overwhelmed or anxious and I can’t quite seem to figure out exactly why; I know it is time to de-clutter…

I did a de-clutter of our tiny house again recently and I feel AMAZING…Not only is the house even more clutter free (yes tiny houses can also accumulate clutter) but I feel lighter and I feel happier knowing that others will benefit from items that we no longer use, need or love. Minimalism is an ongoing beautiful journey and I am continually amazed at how powerful simplifying and de-cluttering is…

I started my minimalism journey towards the end of 2012 and I have absolutely loved how this practice has transformed my life…

This journey is truly different for everyone but you won’t regret removing clutter from your life both physically and mentally..

Living “Tiny House Life” is also a huge part of keeping life simple for me; because hey let’s be honest “where will we store all the stuff?”

I simply don’t have space to hoard anything… I keep only what I love, what I need and what I use. If you are curious about starting a minimalism journey or perhaps you would just like to look at ways you can reduce debt, simply your life and even have more free time; then keep a look at for the announcement of my upcoming book (currently in the editing phase) – “Minimalism- Create a life you Love”

This will be available in both eBook and Paperback. I am so excited to share my personal journey as well as all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past decade developing and immersing myself in this amazing practice…

Start small; clean out your closest and be honest with yourself…Ask yourself “if I was shopping right now, would I buy this?”…

I look forward to sharing and connecting with you…If you would like to connect with me!

ABOUT YOGA & HEALTH WITH CANDACE

Candace Kentridge-Britton

I started my Yoga journey in 2003 as a student and fell in love with how Yoga can improve so many aspects of life from mental to physical and spiritual.

I have practiced Yoga for 19 years and during my practice I fell in love with the healing power of Hatha Yoga. My love for Hatha Yoga led me to my teacher training and in depth study with Johann Kotze in Cape Town South Africa where I qualified with my 200 hour Sivananda Yoga teacher training.

I continue to further my studies and expand my knowledge so that I can deepen my own Yoga practice as well as offer my clients as much as possible for their own practice.

The benefits of Hatha Yoga have assisted me to improve in my own practice, gain strength, heal injuries and discover a calmness and clarity that I also love sharing in my classes.

In addition to Yoga, I have had an extensive dance and fitness background; as a result, I am able to adapt my experience required to teach group classes and private sessions which I have done for almost two decades.

My experience and passion have provided me with the expertise required to observe clients to ensure that they have the correct technique and movement. I have since qualified with additional restorative Yoga qualifications. I love connecting with other like-minded people and sharing in the magic of Yoga.

My other passions and interests include listening to music, playing guitar, animals, dance, photography, travel, minimalism, sustainable living, being in nature and spending time with my husband, furkids, family and friends.
