The event was held Wednesday, May 17th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The meeting was at Tahoe Beach Retreat Conference Center, located at 3411 Lake Tahoe Boulevard in beautiful South Lake Tahoe.
This year’s community meeting is informative and engaging, featuring guest presenters who are key representatives from El Dorado County, the City of South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, and the South Tahoe Public Utility District. They shared insights into recent accomplishments, current challenges, and strategic objectives for 2023 and beyond.
To kick off the program, CEO Mike Glover will delivered opening remarks, sharing Tahoe Chamber’s strategic objectives for the year. Steve Teshara, Director of Government Relations, acted as the program moderator, ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for all attendees.
For those who are unable to join in person, the event was live-streamed on Zoom. Additionally, if you attended in person at the Tahoe Beach Retreat Conference Center, you could submit written questions to the moderator, adding an interactive element to the meeting.

The Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce (Tahoe Chamber) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation formed under the laws of the State of Nevada, registered in Nevada, and qualified to do business in the State of California. Tahoe Chamber is a membership-based organization governed by a board of directors, with day to day operations handled by a professional staff of four, supported by three financial/administrative staff members shared with the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority.
