Our task was to create a compelling visual portfolio using only our drone technology to help promote the sale of this exquisite home. For this particular project, our expert drone operator, Charlie, utilized a high-performance DJI Drone equipped with a telephoto lens, perfect for capturing detailed aerial views without compromising on quality. The drone’s capabilities allowed us to take striking high-definition photos and video clips, highlighting the expansive layout of the property, its elegant architecture, and the surrounding serene landscapes.
To ensure that each image captured the true essence of the property’s beauty, we employed HDR (High Dynamic Range) editing techniques. This process involves combining multiple shots of the same scene taken at different exposures to create a final image that boasts richer colors and greater detail. Understanding the dramatic impact of natural lighting on the presentation of real estate, we scheduled two visits to the property to include a twilight shoot. The twilight photoshoot captured the home bathed in the soft, warm hues of the setting sun, adding a touch of magic and allure.
