Tahoe Chamber Candidates Forum – October 3 2024

On October 3, 2024, the Tahoe Chamber hosted an essential event for the community of South Lake Tahoe at The Landing Resort and Spa: a moderated panel discussion featuring candidates for the City Council. Tahoe Production House is proud to have been selected to provide comprehensive event services, including a PA system, stage lighting, and a multi-camera live stream to ensure that this pivotal forum reaches not only those in attendance but also a broader audience remotely.

TPH provided a high-quality PA system was crucial for this event, ensuring that every candidate’s message was heard clearly by all attendees. Our state-of-the-art audio equipment delivered flawless sound quality throughout the venue, from the first row to the last.

To complement the audio, we installed strategic lighting to enhance the visibility and focus on each of the candidates and the moderator. Proper lighting not only improved the live experience but also the quality of the video produced for the live stream.

Recognizing the growing need for accessibility and inclusivity in community events, especially in the current digital age, we set up a multi-camera live stream. This setup allowed online viewers to catch every moment of the discussion from multiple angles, making the remote viewing experience as engaging as being at the venue.

Our camera operators skillfully managed live feeds, switching angles to focus on the speaker, offering close-ups during critical discussions, and capturing the overall atmosphere of the event.
