South Tahoe Public Utility District Headshots – Professional Portraits with Purpose

Tahoe Production House was proud to partner with the South Tahoe Public Utility District to capture updated headshots of their leadership team on June 5, 2025. The project focused on providing professional-quality photography for Board Members and selected Employees — supporting the District’s newly updated recognition board and enhancing their online presence.

The District was seeking a clean, consistent, and professional look for their leadership team. The headshots will be used across internal and external platforms—including the updated lobby display, website staff pages, and future reports or communications. Tahoe Production House provided everything from concept consultation to final edited digital delivery.

Services provided included the following:

Pre-Production Planning

Consultation with the District to determine background color, lighting preferences, and schedule flow

On-Site Photography

On-location headshot setup in the lobby with:
- A 10-foot neutral grey backdrop for a polished, timeless look
- A full lighting kit to ensure even, flattering portraits
- High-resolution camera equipment for crisp, professional results

Post-Production & Delivery

Image selection and editing to enhance lighting, clarity, and background consistency
Delivery of:
- High-resolution files for print and display
- Web-optimized versions for digital platforms
- Bonus outdoor photos of the District’s exterior for future promotional use
All assets shared via Dropbox link for easy access and archiving
