Tahoe Production House was honored to once again provide professional event support for one of South Lake Tahoe’s most beloved community celebrations—the City’s Annual 4th of July Parade. This year’s event, brought together over 50 parade entries, nearly 100 vehicles, and a crowd of excited spectators along the Highway 50 parade route.
From crisp, clear sound at Lakeview Commons to high-quality sound for the livestream viewed around the world, our crew was proud to help make this day one to remember.
🔊 Event Sound & Audio Engineering
For this large-scale community event, Tahoe Production House deployed a full-service sound system, ensuring that announcements, emcees, and music could be heard clearly along the parade route. Our responsibilities included:

Full PA system setup at Lakeview Commons Grandstand

On-site audio engineering for seamless mic levels, music playback, and live cues

Coordination with parade emcees and staff to support a tight show schedule
We provided all gear—from wireless mics and speakers to mixers and cabling—along with technical support throughout the morning.
📺 Livestreaming with SoSu.TV & the City of SLT
In addition to sound on the ground, we provided backend audio support for the City’s livestream broadcast, in partnership with SoSu.TV. Using a Starlink Satellite System, we were able to deliver a stable, high-speed internet connection for a clear and professional online experience. Viewers from across the country (and beyond!) were able to enjoy the parade live via Facebook and YouTube.

We also coordinated with the City’s parade planning team to execute set-up and breakdown, manage music playback, and ensure all systems functioned seamlessly through the final float.
