On May 3, 2025, the Incline Star Follies returned to the stage at Incline High School, bringing together students, teachers, and community members for a night of music, comedy, and dance. This beloved community tradition is more than just a show—it’s a “Friend Raiser”, fostering cross-generational connections and celebrating the joy of performing together.

Tahoe Production House was proud to partner with the event this year, handling live streaming, video production, and graphics design to ensure that the energy of the Follies could reach audiences both in the theater and at home.

🎬 Pre-Production & Creative Support

Our collaboration began well before opening night. We created the official promo video for the 2025 show, helping to generate excitement across social media, newsletters, and the Incline Star Follies website.

We also designed all of the show graphics and playback elements, including:

  • Opening and intermission videos

  • Act One & Act Two titles with cast graphics

  • Sponsor recognition and credits video

Working closely with choreographers and directors, we ensured every performance had visuals ready to enhance the live experience.

🎥 Production & Live Stream

The TPH crew delivered a three-camera live stream production, complete with a dedicated control room and live switching. This allowed the May 3rd 6:00 PM show to be broadcast in real time for friends and family who couldn’t attend in person.

Our Crew:

  • Charlie Richter – Technical Director

  • Brandi Brown – Director / Live Stream Tech

  • Ryan Croke – Camera Operator

  • Keatyn Kurtz – Camera Operator & Production Assistant

The team coordinated with the venue’s lighting and audio departments, ensuring smooth integration with staging and sound.

🎞️ Post-Production & Final Deliverables

After the show, Tahoe Production House provided:

  • Full-show video for archival and community viewing

  • Individual performance videos for cast and families

  • Final files delivered via Dropbox for easy access

From start to finish, this project was an incredible opportunity to support a meaningful community event while showcasing the talent and heart of Incline Village.

Tahoe Production House is grateful to have partnered with the Incline Star Follies team to bring this production to life. Events like this highlight the power of community storytelling—and we’re honored to help share it on stage and online.
