
On September 11–12, 2025, Tahoe Production House partnered with Cascade Kitchens Tahoe for a full-scale, two-day commercial video and photography shoot. The goal? To create a fresh library of professional, original content that showcases every dish on the menu—perfect for use across online ordering platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media.
For Cascade Kitchens, this project meant leaving behind generic stock photos and ensuring every image and video is fully owned, fully licensed, and uniquely theirs.

Capture every menu item across multiple restaurants in Cascade Kitchens.

Use professional food styling and lighting to highlight textures, colors, and plating.

Produce a mix of high-resolution still photos, short-form video clips, and B-roll footage for long-term marketing use.

Keep visuals clean and food-forward, with tight framing and minimal background distractions.
📸 Behind the Scenes
Over the course of two days, our crew staged and captured:

4 restaurants per day, with 5–8 dishes from each.

Specialty drinks, Cascade Kitchens gift cards, and branded swag.

Consistent styling across dishes—uniform plateware, props, and subtle brand accents.
Lighting setups were designed to keep the food looking appetizing and natural, while video captured slow, cinematic movements like steam rising from a hot dish or a pour of craft beer.
