At Tahoe Production House, some of the most meaningful projects are the ones rooted in community—and this was one of them.
We had the opportunity to support Tahoe Valley Performing Arts in capturing their production of Alice in Wonderland Jr., a vibrant, student-led performance filled with creativity, energy, and heart.
This project was all about preserving a moment—giving students, families, and the community a way to relive the experience long after the curtain closed.
The Goal
The objective was to professionally capture the full performance in a way that felt:

On-Location Production
To ensure a polished final product while maintaining a simple and effective setup, we utilized a multi-camera approach:
Camera Setup

Locked-off, full-stage coverage—serving as the backbone of the edit and primary audio sync

Dynamic framing with pans and zooms to capture key moments, characters, and action
Audio Capture

Direct feed from the PA system into the primary camera

Secondary onboard audio for backup and sync
